YT-96H-WH is designed specifically for disinfection fields such as pharmaceutical cleanrooms. This is an online monitoring fixed ozone detector. Adopting imported brand electrochemical principle sensors, it has small size, light weight, fast response, accurate detection, reliable operation, and convenient maintenance. 24V DC power supply, standard 4-20mA, RS485 signal and a set of relay signal outputs. Non explosion-proof design, required to be installed in non explosion-proof workplaces.

When using an ozone detector, the following points should be noted:

 

  1. The Industrial Hygiene Standard formulated by the Ministry of Health in 1979 stipulates a safety standard of 0.15 ppm for ozone.
  2. According to American standards, personnel can work continuously for 8 hours at a concentration of 0.1ppm. (Ozone concentration in general forest areas can reach 0.1ppm)
  3. According to the International Ozone Association, professional indoor applications of ozone are allowed to work for 10 hours at a concentration of 0.1 ppm.
  4. The concentration that causes certain reactions in personnel is 0.5-1ppm, and the allowable exposure time is 1.5 hours. Over time, workers may feel discomfort such as dry mouth.
  5. Concentrations of 1-4ppm can cause coughing, with an allowable exposure time of 1 hour.
  6. Concentrations of 4-10ppm can cause strong coughing, with an allowable exposure time of 20 minutes.
  7. The half-life of ozone is 20-50 minutes, and the final decomposition product is oxygen, so it will not cause residual pollution to food.
