Product overview

 

YT-96H-WH is specially designed for disinfection field like medicine clean room. It’s an online monitoring fixed ozone detector. Using imported brand electrochemical principle sensor, it’s small and light, fast response, accurate detection, reliable operation and convenient for maintenance. 24V DC power supply, standard 4-20mA, RS485 signal and a set of relay signal output. It’s non-explosion-proof design, so need to be installed in non-explosion-proof workplaces.

The following points should be noted when using ozone detector

 
1. The "Industrial Hygiene Standard" formulated by the Ministry of Health of in 1979 stipulates that the safety standard of ozone is 0.15ppm.
2. The American standard stipulates that personnel can work for 8 hours at a concentration of 0.1ppm. (The ozone concentration in general forest areas can reach 0.1ppm)
3. The International Ozone Association stipulates that the professional indoor application of ozone is allowed to work for 10 hours at a concentration of 0.1ppm.
4. The concentration that causes a certain reaction of personnel is 0.5-1ppm, and the allowable contact time is 1.5 hours. After a long time, worker will feel discomfort such as dry mouth.
5. The concentration of 1-4ppm will cause coughing, and the allowable contact time is 1 hour.
6. The concentration of 4-10ppm will cause a strong cough, the allowable contact time is 20 minutes.
7. The half-life of ozone is 20-50 minutes, and the final decomposition product is oxygen, so there will be no residual contamination to food.
