YT-98H/YT-98H-A Fixed Gas Detector
The YT-98H series are built-in pump-suction single and multi-gas detectors with IECEx and ATEX certification. Featuring non-contact magnetic wand design, these detectors are engineered for installation and operation in explosion-proof areas and Oil & Gas industries. They offer 3-wire 4 to 20-mA output with relays, HART and Modbus protocols for compatibility with most control systems. Optional wireless functionality enables remote data viewing on laptops, mobile phones, or cloud systems.
Equipped with a high-suction, long-life vacuum pump rated for over 12,000 hours of continuous operation, these detectors provide faster response times compared to traditional diffusion sampling methods. Suitable for installation in normal open areas or underground confined spaces, they effectively detect gas concentrations at high altitudes to protect maintenance personnel safety.
Display & Interface
Features a 2.4-inch high-definition color screen with simulated menu icons and switchable Chinese/English interfaces. Capable of detecting up to six gases simultaneously with settable high/low alarm values and unit switching capability.
Control & Output Options
Infrared remote control operation without cover opening, three-wire 4-20mA, RS485, and 1 group of relay output (up to 2 groups optional). External sound and light alarm does not occupy relays. Optional 0-10V, 0-5V, 1-5V outputs available.
Protection Features
Explosion-proof, lightning protection, anti-static, surge protection, waterproof with IP65 protection level. Optional: sound and light alarm (integrated or external), water vapor filter cartridge, automatic dehumidification drainage systems, and high temperature flue gas pretreatment system.
Wireless Capabilities
Wireless transmission options include 2km, 5km, 8km unobstructed range, plus 2G/4G wireless signal transmission with unlimited distance (mobile phone card or data card options). Cloud platform enables remote data reading, multi-user management, record storage, and real-time viewing.
