MiniMeta is compact diffusion-type portable carbon monoxide (CO) gas detector adopting electrochemical sensor, with optional measuring ranges of 0-500/1000/2000ppm and 1 ppm resolution. It features Ex ia IIC T4 Ga explosion-proof grade, powered by 3.6 V non-rechargeable dry battery. Ultra-small and lightweight for personal wearable monitoring in boiler rooms, confined spaces and industrial sites.

Carbon monoxide is a colourless, odourless highly-toxic gas generated by incomplete fuel combustion. Even low-concentration prolonged exposure can cause headaches and dizziness; high-concentration inhalation may lead to coma or fatal poisoning. This diffusion-type instrument is clipped on workwear to continuously monitor ambient CO concentration and give early warning for field operators.
