SG100-D is an intelligent hot-swappable fixed dual-gas detector configured for ethylene (C2H4) and carbon dioxide (CO₂), featuring an electrochemical sensor for C2H4 and infrared sensor for CO₂. Measuring ranges: C2H4 0-200 ppm, CO₂ 0-10% VOL, with other measuring ranges available upon custom request. Resolution: 0.1 ppm for C2H4, 0.01% VOL for CO₂. With IECEx & ATEX explosion-proof certification and IP66/IP68 protection grade. It supports magnetic wand non-contact operation, multiple signal outputs and hot-swap sensor chamber, specially designed for 24-hour continuous monitoring in fruit-vegetable cold-storage and fresh-keeping warehouses.

Ethylene (C2H4) is the key ripening hormone for fruits and vegetables. Excessive ethylene will accelerate over-ripening and spoilage of stored produce. Carbon dioxide (CO₂) is widely applied in modified-atmosphere cold storage; improper CO₂ concentration will cause physiological damage to fruits and vegetables. Real-time dual-gas monitoring helps maintain optimal atmosphere environment and extend post-harvest shelf-life of agricultural products.
