The SG100-S is a cost-effective, IECEx & ATEX-certified explosion-proof fixed online gas transmitter designed for continuous oxygen (O2) monitoring. Housed in S316 stainless steel, it uses an electrochemical sensor with a measuring range of 0–30%VOL and a resolution of 0.1%VOL.
Featuring IP66/IP68 ingress protection, an intelligent plug-and-play sensor module, multiple standard signal outputs, and optional wireless transmission, the unit also supports magnetic remote control. It simplifies field installation and routine maintenance while delivering reliable 24-hour continuous oxygen-concentration monitoring for confined-space access, underground tunnels, sewage chambers, and industrial production facilities.
Oxygen is essential for human survival. Insufficient oxygen concentration can cause hypoxia, dizziness, and loss of consciousness, while excessive oxygen may also introduce safety risks in certain industrial environments. Confined spaces, underground pipelines, and enclosed tanks are prone to oxygen-content deviation caused by gas consumption or displacement. Continuous fixed-point oxygen monitoring is therefore critical to safeguarding on-site operators entering these hazardous zones.
