Strict Quality Control
Once a detector is finished production, it must pass one final rigorous review process and a tough line of questioning: Have all design review issues been addressed? Does the product meet Safegas' standard of excellence? Have all approvals been secured? Can it be manufactured at a cost that provides genuine value to a customer? Hence we will do aging test on all the raw material and PCB, and during production we will calibrate all the detectors well, last but the most important, we have professional QC team to inspect the detectors pc by one pc before shipment. If all the tests are passed, then is the product ready to bear the Safegas' name.
Excellent Sales Service
If the customers don't know how to operate our detectors, we will provide 24h online service by email, phone calls or videos. If customers want to sell our detectors in domestic market as distributors, first we will support sample orders for customers to test the detectors, and then we will provide training classes to teach them how to install and sell the detectors. The training classes including a series of literature guidance, video course, and company visit.
All the detectors are under warranty of 12months, free charge of repair under correct operation. Therefore, no matter you are the end users or distributors of our detector, you don't need to worry anything about the quality or after-sales service.
