Product Overview
The SKY8000 is a portable gas analysis instrument. It is widely used in industrial waste gas, air pollution source emission detection, boiler flue gas, automobile exhaust gas, indoor air analysis and other applications. The analytical instrument can flexibly detect 1-18 kinds of gases; 1-3 modules can be selected, each module corresponds to one pump, and the internal structure is modularized to take separate air intake for the disturbing gas, effectively avoiding cross interference between gases.
Adopt 3.5-inch high-definition IPS LCD color screen, 150 degree wide viewing angle, Chinese and English operation interface; fall alarm, password protection, safety reminder and other functions for safety upgrade; optional high temperature probe can monitor the gas concentration in harsh high temperature and high humidity environment; The large-capacity lithium battery has a long standby time; the instrument casing is made of high-strength engineering materials, and its unique shape design and practical ergonomic operation can inprove users using feeling.

Detection requirements:
A certain company uses toluene as a solvent in daily production, which will produce a large amount of VOC gas, which is harmful to the environment and human body. The customer provides VOC exhaust gas treatment services for the company and now needs to judge the treatment effect by comparing the VOC concentration before and after treatment. A portable device is required to detect the VOC concentration through the pipeline sampling port, there is a small amount of water vapor and dust in the pipeline. 4.The screen of SKY8000 is a 3.5-inch high-definition color screen, make the data easy to view. In addition to simply display the concentration values of each gas, the gas concentration can be view in curve mode, which can clearly show the trend of gas concentration changes over time.
5. SKY8000 comes standard with a filter that can effectively filter out water vapor and dust to prevent them from entering the device and damaging the sensor.
6. SKY8000 comes standard with a sampling probe that can withstand high temperatures of 100°C. With this accessory, it’s convenient for user to detect gas concentration throght the pipeline sampling port.
